Introducing our dark island chocolate with a 72% cacao content, known for its remarkably fruity flavor without the usual high fructose levels. The cacao beans are sourced from the Pisa Cooperative, comprising over 1200 dedicated members. These growers highlight the significance of fair trade, especially in politically unstable regions of the world. Our chocolate is created bean-to-bar and gently roasted using the fine mist roasting method (FMR).
