Crafted by Luisa Abram, known for her exploration of Brazil’s vast Amazon to uncover unique native cacao, this 70% dark chocolate highlights wild cacao from the Rio Acará region in the Brazilian Amazon. Naturally occurring notes of Brazil nut, caramel, and pineapple shine through, delivering a vibrant and complex flavor profile.

The cacao, sourced from families along the Acará and Arauaia Rivers in the Baixo Amazonas Hydrographic Basin, is fermented with care by women from two of these families. Belonging to the amelonado family of cacao with high genetic purity, this cacao produces a bar with a distinctive solid texture due to its lower natural fat content.

Ingredients: wild cocoa and organic sugar.
