This Friis Holm Barba 70% is a sweet but also slightly flavoured chocolate. It is an ‘easy’ chocolate, but just at the end of tasting you might discover notes of black pepper spice. We call this chocolate Barba, because in Nicaragua we found a population of very similar trees that had white lianas, so it looked like the trees had a moustaches.
