This chocolate is crafted exclusively from cocoa beans grown in the renowned Sambirano River Valley, Madagascar’s most famous terroir for exceptional cocoa. The beans are sourced from Bertil Akesson’s 2300-hectare family estate in Ambanja, a producer of world-class aromatic cocoa since 1920.

This dark chocolate bursts with flavor, highlighting the fruity brilliance of Madagascan beans. Bright citrus notes give way to tropical fruit undertones, finishing with a perfectly balanced acidity. Handmade bean-to-bar in Suffolk, UK.
