The chocolate’s flavor is fresh and subtle, with distinctive woody and wild mushroom aromas that evoke the lush landscapes of Indonesia. Originally named Djakarta as a nod to Indonesian journeys, it was renamed La Javanaise to reflect its origins more accurately.
