Founded in 2010 by father-daughter duo Chris and Joanna Brennan, Pump Street combines Chris’s expertise as a self-taught baker and chocolate maker with Joanna’s passion for fine food. Starting in a small pastry section, the business quickly expanded to meet its growing ambitions, moving first to an old barn and later to a larger facility at Bentwaters Parks in Rendlesham.

With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Pump Street has garnered numerous accolades, including the BBC Food and Farming Awards Best Food Producer and the King’s Award for Enterprise. Today, the team continues to create award-winning chocolate using their original process, now scaled to reach chocolate lovers across the UK and around the world.
