Made from carefully selected cacao beans grown on our own farms in the lush Huayabamba Valley, Peru, this chocolate delivers a dynamic and flavorful experience. Named after Elmer, a Choba Choba cacao farmer and co-owner.

Ingredients
The Pure Dark 64% chocolate is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

First, we use raw cane sugar* from Paraguay
Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)
*from organic farming

This bar of chocolate contains at least 64% cacao.

Due to our varied production process, the chocolate may contain traces of milk, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and soy. Allergy sufferers are welcome to contact our customer service if they have any questions, so that we can find a suitable solution.
