Crafted with care from selected cacao beans grown on our own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley, Peru, this Pure Dark 71% chocolate is brought to life by one of Switzerland’s finest chocolatiers.

The result is an intense dark chocolate with elegant notes of citrus, cassis, and black tea, offering a sophisticated and refined tasting experience.

Ingredients
The Pure Dark 71% bar is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

First, we use raw cane sugar* from Paraguay
Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)
*from organic farming

This bar of chocolate contains at least 71% cacao.
