A 65% mild and pure chocolate with gentle aromatic notes of Madagascar’s combava, manually shelled and enhanced by a touch of fleur de sel. A luxurious and exotic flavor experience.

Exquisite chocolate made from cocoa that is nurtured and developed in the shady rainforests of the Sambirano Valley in northwest Madagascar. The cocoa beans used come from the chocolate maker’s own plantations.
This chocolate is further elevated with the addition of combava, also referred to as kaffir lime, known for its use in seasoning Asian dishes like curries with its fragrant leaves.
