Crafted from a unique blend of specialty coffee sourced from Casa Barista, a single-origin coffee roaster located in Santo Domingo, and sea salt, this chocolate bar is an exceptional treat that promises to excite your taste buds.

The cacao used to make this chocolate is sourced from Finca Elvesia, a plantation that was established in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic in the 19th century. Notably, the plantation grew to become the largest cacao plantation in the Caribbean and had its own railroad system for transporting the cacao to the port.
