Encuentro has crafted this chocolate bar with exceptional cocoa from Hacienda Comalapa, nestled in a lush forest in El Salvador, where the farm operates under agroforestry principles without the use of pesticides. Owner Luis and his team passionately produce this rare cocoa, cherished by locals and rarely available to chocolatiers.

Thanks to Encuentro’s sourcing partner Belco, who leads sustainable projects in the region, this unique cocoa reached France for the first time in 2022.

The chocolate surprises with fresh, tangy citrus notes, beautifully balanced by a soft, creamy finish with hints of blueberries.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans (70%), Cane Sugar. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
