The cocoa comes from Asochivite, a small association of about ten producers nestled in the heart of Guatemala. With only a few tons of this rare cocoa harvested each year, it’s a true gem. The chocolate delights with surprising notes of slightly tangy mango jam, making it an extraordinary flavor experience.
