Luisa Abram Tocantins River 70% Dark Chocolate
112,00 kr
In partnership with riverside communities along the Tocantins River in Pará, Luisa Abram conducted her first fermentation at this origin, sharing her expertise in cacao cultivation. The communities quickly embraced the process, improving their cacao quality and increasing their families’ income, as well-fermented cacao commands prices two to three times higher than unfermented cacao. These communities rely on açaí extraction, cacao harvest, and fishing to sustain their livelihoods.
This exceptional cacao, harvested along the banks of the Tocantins River in the Lower Amazon Basin, is transformed into a bar with a beautifully fresh and complex flavor profile:
Flavor Notes: Caramel, Orange, Lemon, Honey
Taste Experience: The bar opens with a refreshing citrus brightness, evoking notes of orange and lemon, followed by a subtle hint of honey that lingers as the chocolate develops into a satisfying, pure chocolate finish.
Each package contains two 40g bars, individually wrapped for freshness, totaling 80g.
Ingredients: Organic sugar, Wild cocoa, cocoa butter
Allergens: Gluten free, no milk, with traces of nuts and milk, vegan
