This bar is made from the rare Porcelana cocoa beans of the Maracaibo region. Known for their distinctive white color, reminiscent of porcelain, these beans offer a sophisticated taste profile with lasting aromas of biscuits and red fruits, finishing with delicate floral notes. The Porcelana cocoa, once known as Maracaibo for the port through which it was traded globally, represents the finest of the Criollo variety. Sourced from small-scale growers in the Sur del Lago de Maracaibo area, Zulia province, this chocolate is a tribute to its rich heritage and the meticulous care of its producers.
