This bar combines dark milk chocolate with the unexpected richness of dry-aged, grass-fed Black Angus beef and the bright, tart notes of wild-grown Lithuanian lingonberries. The result? Chocolatier Domantas Uzpalis explains: “Our test kitchen will never run out of ideas. We have no plans to become another boring chocolate maker. For example, this new recipe idea is anything but boring. First, we dry-aged grass-fed Black Angus beef before gently drying it at low temperature in a vacuum. Finally, we mixed the dried beef with dark-milk chocolate. We enhanced the flavor dimension by sprinkling a cloud of wild-grown Lithuanian lingonberries on top of the chocolate surface.” Part of Naïve’s Forager Collection, this bar reflects a meticulous process of separating, refining, and recombining intensely flavorful local ingredients with the complex aromas of cocoa.
