This bar brings together silky 42% organic milk chocolate, made with rare Arriba beans from Ecuador’s Esmeraldas coast, and the crisp, buttery swirl of a freshly baked cinnamon bun from Wild Hearth Bakery in Perthshire.

Baked in a reconditioned WWII Nissen hut on the edge of the Scottish Highlands, Wild Hearth’s pastries are slow-fermented, wood-fired, and made entirely by hand. Their oven runs on waste wood, their flour is organic, and their methods are rooted in care and tradition.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cacao butter, whole milk powder, cacao mass, cinnamon bun (white wheat flour, butter, water, dark brown sugar, caster sugar, whole eggs, golden syrup, salt, cinnamon (0.27%)), cinnamon. Milk solids: 20% minimum, cacao solids: 42% minimum.
