With some cocoa trees over 80 years old, this plantation produces beans bursting with natural flavor notes of forest berries, pecan, and cream, meticulously preserved through optimal processing at every stage.

The flavor notes are not added but develop naturally from the cocoa, which is meticulously processed at every stage of production. After extensive experimentation with various roasting profiles, we have perfected the process to highlight the delicate and refined notes of forest berries and cream, making every bite a unique sensory experience.
