This bar brings together 75% dark chocolate and specialty coffee in a bold yet elegant pairing. The cacao comes from Ambohimena farm in the Sambirano Valley, northwestern Madagascar, while the coffee beans from West Arsi have been expertly roasted by Tor-Sigve at Austrått Kaffebrenneri before joining the chocolate in the refiner.
