Part of a three-bar collection inspired by the founder’s wife’s English heritage, this milk chocolate bar combines candied orange peel with a hint of orange oil.
The organic oranges, sourced from Ullandhaug farm shop, are carefully candied, gently dried, and sprinkled onto the back of each bar as the chocolate is molded. It’s a slow process, but the result is wonderfully flavorful.
