As part of a collection inspired by the founder’s wife’s English heritage, this bar celebrates the classic British flavor of rum raisin.
Made with creamy milk chocolate and generously topped with raisins, the fruit is first soaked for a week in rum from Hiernagla distillery in Sveio, just north of Haugesund. The raisins are then carefully dried so the alcohol evaporates, leaving behind the rich, distinctive taste of rum.
