A chocolate bar inspired by the traditional Swedish coffee break, combining coffee and cinnamon bun flavors. This creation features their dark milk chocolate base, to which they carefully add lightly roasted coffee beans and aromatic cinnamon. The result is a harmonious blend of flavors, reminiscent of a cozy Swedish fika.
The coffee used in this bar is roasted by Kafferäven in Gothenburg and is sourced from the Abakundakawa cooperative in Rwanda, known for supporting single households and predominantly female members. The cooperative’s name, “Abakundakawa,” translates to “we who love coffee,” reflecting their passion for quality coffee production.
For the cacao, Svenska Kakao sources from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic, ensuring the chocolate’s rich and quality base. This thoughtful combination of ingredients makes for a delightful and culturally rich chocolate experience.

Svenska Kakao, founded by Ulrika and Fredrik Bergenkrans in 2013, stands as a pioneer in the Nordic bean-to-bar chocolate scene.
